Ever since he took his first drafting class in high school where he designed a house and a golf course club house, Steve Tatios dreamed of designing and building houses. This dream took him to Drexel University where he studied mechanical engineering. After years spent in engineering, manufacturing, and business, God opened a door for Steve to finally realize his childhood dream of designing and building houses—and Tatcor was born.
Steve is passionate about building and leading high-functioning teams through successes and challenges. In the design realm he has a unique ability to “see” spaces and solve problems creatively.
What’s Steve’s dream space? A two-story post and beam great room with a stone fireplace, loft, and large windows that overlook a field and pond—where friends and family gather.
