As a design-build firm, we believe each home should uniquely reflect the people who live there ― that’s why our approach is completely personalized. We actively listen to your wants and needs, conceptualize your vision through state-of-the-art design capabilities, and work with you to refine the design plan before building begins. From idea to completion, we strive to maintain open communication so you’re always in the know.
1. Idea Meeting
Our design team conducts a free, on-site meeting with you to thoroughly understand your purpose and objectives. During this visit, we walk and talk with you to explore different ideas and possibilities, begin to determine the scope of the project, and ultimately uncover an initial vision together.
2. Design Concept
After entering a Design Concept Agreement, we collaborate with you to develop a working Design Concept. This document includes cutting-edge visuals, such as floor plans, elevations, design boards, and 3D renderings, that bring your vision to life using the latest architectural and building software tools.
Once we complete the Design Concept, you receive a proposal that encompasses details of the work scope, allowances for sourced items, and several pricing options.

3. Build Agreement
When you’re ready to move forward, we enter a Build Agreement. This is when we put the pieces in place to get building started like preparing detailed drawings for permitting, as well as outlining a building plan and schedule. We also arrange a final meeting between you and our design team to select tangible materials, finishes, and fixtures that suit your space and style.
In this stage, we transform your dreams into a reality. Our talented craftsmen have worked closely in our clients' homes for years, building a high level of trust and friendship. We comply with the highest standards of safety and reliability, taking care to minimize the disruption of your home while your renovation is underway.
