Elegant & Modern Renovation & AdditionNear Wilmington and Centerville Delaware by the Hoopes Reservoir, this elegant and extraordinary 4,500 SF pool level renovation/addition involved: a 700 SF addition (arched doors and windows) and extensive steel structures to reconfigure the space so that the clients would have a large area to entertain family and friends. There was still room for a theater room, an exercise room, and a bedroom suite. The 72" linear fireplace room connects with the cocktail bar area which is adjacent to a walk-in glass wine cellar. All with a view through new 12 ft wide, 8ft high doors leading out to the pool area.

Historic Victorian AdditionSwarthmore, PA Historic Victorian Addition with a three season, cedar porch and deck. The award winning dogs received a special room with custom-made cabins next to a full bathroom. Hydronic cast iron radiant heaters throughout. Custom black, walnut windows, along with other custom painted cabinets provided blending with 19th century home. Heat n glow Phoenix 42 true view fireplace provides beauty and warmth.
